Insta360 and Leica announce an extension of partnership

Insta360 and Leica Camera announced an extension of their partnership (see previous coverage). This marks a significant milestone in the realm of action and 360-degree imaging, bringing together Leica’s heritage in optical innovation with Insta360’s advancements in camera technology. The latest fruit of this collaboration was the Insta360 Ace Pro 2 equipped with a Leica SUMMARIT lens and unique Leica color profiles.

The press release mentions that “exciting developments are already on the horizon”.

SUB13 produced and shipped a small batch of Leica M10 and Leica M11 underwater housings

SUB13 has just produced and shipped Production Run IV for Leica M10 and Leica M11, limited to only 13 units. Their small in-house team of four builds fully functional underwater housings for Leica cameras (see previous coverage). Founded by Matt Draper, SUB13 began as a pursuit to fuse the manual focus rangefinder with his fine art printmaking, evolving into the industrial design brand it is today.
