Adobe Lightroom CC 2015.6 and Camera Raw 9.6 announced with support for the Leica M-D Typ 262 camera

Adobe released Lightroom CC 2015.6 and Camera Raw 9.6 with support for the Leica M-D Typ 262 camera and three Lomography lenses. Both Lightroom and Camera Raw versions include a new feature called Guided Upright. For more information, visit this and this Adobe blog post.

Leica cameras will no longer come with a free copy of Adobe Lightroom

Some bad news for potential future Leica camera buyers: starting April 1, 2016 all Leica cameras will come only with a 90 days Adobe CC trial instead of the standalone Lightroom license (no, this is not an April’s fool joke). Here is the full text of the press release:

Adobe released Lightroom CC 2015.3 / 6.3 with Leica SL support

Update: Adobe Camera Raw 9.3 is now also available: Windows | Mac. Adobe released Lightroom CC 2015.3 / 6.3 with support for the Leica SL (Typ 601) camera. The new version fixes also several bugs, including the instability, functionality and performance issues introduced in Lightroom CC 2015.2.x/6.2.x.
