Check out the latest rare Leica gear at Leica Store Lisse

Over the years, the Leica Store Lisse has been the home of many rare Leica items – check their latest listings on eBay.

Here is some Leica gear they have for sale from their Facebook feed (check also their Instagram account):

Leica M10 Zagato edition and Leica Ultravid Zagato: the M10 Zagato is one of the most striking Leica special editions ever made. Its design deviates heavily from the standard template, with a ribbed aluminium finish instead of leather, a thicker curved end for a better grip, curved dials, red shutter release, wide strap lugs and a redesigned Summilux 35mm f/1.4 ASPH lens engraved with “ZAGATO” all around the front. Even the focusing tab was rethought. It is still recognisably an M10, but one that looks like it arrived from a parallel universe shaped by Italian automotive design. We currently have two examples of this worldwide limited edition of 250. One complete set with Summilux 35mm f/1.4 ASPH lens, number 198/250. And one body only, number 170/250. Also available is the Leica Ultravid 8×32 “Edition Zagato”, an equally refined collaboration between Leica and the Milanese design house, limited to 1000 examples worldwide. Finished in aluminium with fine grooves milled into the shell and red anodised rings around the lenses, it carries the same design language of innovation and elegance as the M10 Zagato set.

Leica M9-P ‘Edition Hermès’ Série Limitée Jean-Louis Dumas: this is without doubt one of the most spectacular Leica editions ever made. It has a one of a kind uniquely shaped top plate. The camera is finished in Hermès “Veau Swift” calfskin in ocre, a fine and supple leather that gives this edition its unique aesthetic and tactile feel. The same leather is also used for the matching shoulder strap. Only 100 sets were produced worldwide, this one being number 011/100. The M9-P has the upgraded CCD ID 15, ensuring no corrosion issues. The set includes three specially designed silver-anodised lenses: a 28mm Summicron-M ASPH, a 50mm Noctilux-M f/0.95 ASPH and a 90mm APO-Summicron-M ASPH. Together, they make this edition both an impressive collector’s item and a complete photographic system. All of this comes housed in a hand-crafted Hermès camera bag made exclusively for this edition, along with a two-volume book of 200 black-and-white photographs by Jean-Louis Dumas. The camera and lenses are in beautiful mint condition, complete with papers, boxes and accessories.

Black paint Leica M6 0.85 TTL ‘Oresundsbron’ edition: this Leica M6 TTL was made in 2000 to commemorate the opening of the Oresund bridge. This bridge connects Copenhagen to Sweden. It has an 0.85 finder, which makes it a camera especially suitable for shooting with 50mm and up. The camera is in great condition, with the plastic cover still on the bottom plate. Being a black paint M6 this is quite a beautiful and rare camera. Only 150 were made, this one has special edition number 22/150.

Leica M10-P “ASC 100 Edition”: this special edition was created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the American Society of Cinematographers. Designed with directors and cinematographers in mind, it combines the heritage of Leica photography with the language of cinema. The all-black camera with a gold anodised Summicron-M 35mm f/2 ASPH recalls the aesthetic of Oskar Barnack’s original Ur-Leica, which he first used to test film emulsions for motion picture cameras. The set includes a Visoflex electronic viewfinder and an M-PL mount adapter, allowing cinematographers to use PL-mount cine lenses and frame shots through the same lenses used for filming. The camera itself features a unique black chrome finish, blacked-out dials, a subtle black-on-black ASC logo, and a diamond-pattern embossed leatherette similar to the Leica SL and Q. The gold lens cap is engraved with the ASC seal. In addition to its distinctive design, the edition introduces two dedicated Cine Look modes: “ASC Cine Classic” for a traditional 35mm film look and “ASC Contemporary” for modern digital styles. The camera also provides selectable cinematographic frame lines in live view, making it an effective director’s viewfinder.

Leica M-P (typ 240) Correspondent Edition camera set with a 35mm Summicron-M ASPH Millennium edition lens: the Correspondent edition set is made in collaboration with Lenny Kravitz. Best known for his musical talent, Kravitz is also a passionate Leica photographer, using the brand to capture life from his unique point of view. This Leica M-P Correspondent only has 125 sets available worldwide. This one has special edition number 29/125. Kravitz received his first Leica, a Leicaflex, at the age of 21 as a gift from his father, and his love for photography has grown ever since. In designing this special edition, Kravitz wanted to replicate the look and feel of his beloved, well-used camera. Each camera and lens in this set has been carefully aged by hand to showcase the unique wear patterns of a classic black paint Leica. The set typically includes two lenses, but both of the lenses that originally accompanied the M-P are not present. Instead, this collection stands out with an incredibly rare 35mm Summicron-M ASPH Millennium edition lens. Its distinctive black paint and patina perfectly complement the vintage aesthetic of the camera body. This set comes with the original “Correspondent” leather case, complete with straps, chargers, a battery,a lens hood and even a signed book by Lenny Kravitz.

Leica M6 TTL in Titanium: over the many years that Leica has produced cameras, Leica have several recurring finishes on their products to vary from their standard finishes. Examples include Black Paint, Safari and in this case Titanium. The titanium coloring tastefully sets it apart from other models with a subtle hue. Only 1000 copies were made of this variant. “In the multi-stage production process, the brass components are first of all nickel-plated and then “bombarded” with titanium ions using “sputtering”, a high-tech high vacuum process. The result is extremely hard, even and dull-bright champagne coloured titanium surfaces, which give these model variants their unmistakable high-quality and durable exterior. The leatherwork also distinguishes this camera from others in the series: the thick and soft brown buffalo leather is both handy and pleasant and underlines the product’s robust character.”

Leica M9 blue repaint: this beautiful M9 was repainted in blue with sleek grey details. As such it perfectly matches the stainless steel 35mm Summilux from the 60 years anniversary, which we also have in stock. It is in great condition, with no corrosion and sensor CCD ID 5, complete with box.

Leica APO-Summicron-M 50mm f/2 ASPH LHSA 50th Anniversary Edition in black paint: to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Leica Historical Society of America, Leica produced a special edition of the 50mm APO-Summicron-M ASPH. This incredibly rare lens was made in two finishes: 200 pieces in silver and 300 pieces in black paint. The edition is distinguished by the LHSA logo engraving and the exterior which has been made completely unique from the standard 50 APO to match the vintage Leica Summicrons from the 1950’s. The lens has special edition number 114/300.

Collection of transparent cameras: this is quite a spectacular and very extensive collection, consisting of 52 different transparent film cameras, movie cameras and even slide projectors. Transparent models like these were never intended for public sale. They were made in limited numbers and used for education, dealer training and display. Kodak and other manufacturers created them to reveal the inner workings of shutters, motors and film transport. Some were also used in exhibitions or kept in company museums, while a few found their way to employees as commemorative pieces. The Kodak items were acquired from the estate of a Kodak sales executive who worked for the company for over 50 years. Finding even a single example can be a challenge, having 52 together in one collection is extraordinary. Offered only as a complete set, it is a rare opportunity to see such a wide range of these unique cameras and projectors assembled in one place.
