Update – Kamerakraft grips are currently out of stock, but you can check the latest IDS Works modular grips for different Leica models.

The Kamerakraft LM grip v2.0 for Leica M film cameras (with ARCA tripod quick lock rail) is already available for sale at the Leica Rumors Online Store. Several readers have asked me about a “digital” version of the grip and I can confirm that I will have the new Kamerakraft version for Leica M10, M10-D, M10-P, M10-R, and M10-Monochrom cameras available for sale in the store at the end of March. New firmware updates released for several Leica M cameras


Leica released new firmware updates for the M10-R, M10-P, M10 Monochrom, M10, M10-D, M (Typ 240), M-P (Typ 240), M (Typ 262), M-D (Typ 262) and the M Monochrom (Typ 246). The firmware adds 6-bit code support for new lenses including the Leica 50mm f/1.2 Noctilux M ASPH lens.

Avalanche is a new software solution developed by the French company Cyme. With Avalanche you can import/export photo libraries between different platforms while preserving all existing edits (Aperture, Lightroom, Luminar and soon CaptureOne – new platforms are constantly being added).
