“Salgado uses three Leica cameras. Most of the time he uses 28mm, 35mm and 60mm lenses (one for each camera body). He uses black-and-white Tri-X film. In low-light situations and indoors he uses T-Max 3200 film, which precludes the need for flash. He does not develop his own film but has a friend do it for him. He does most of his own printing but sometimes calls upon friends to help in this darkroom work also”.
