Two New 2013 Leica Calendars Showcase Music and Fashion Photography

Allendale, NJ (December 20, 2012) – A year can be measured not only as a unit of time, but also as a series of moments, interactions and experiences. With the introduction of the M Monochrom and the S-System calendars, Leica Camera honors moments captured by the two newly-released, revolutionary camera models, encouraging future perspectives for 2013. Capturing emotive performances from this year’s Montreux Jazz Festival, the M Monochrom Calendar features breathtaking images taken by the new offering in Leica’s flagship M-System, a groundbreaking tool that ushers the fascination of monochrome photography into the digital age. The Leica S-System Calendar showcases innovative images shot with the new Leica S by Rankin, the renowned British portrait and fashion photographer.
