Leica X and Leica C camera models no longer listed in product overview brochure


If you look at the July 2017 Leica product overview brochure for Austria and Germany, you will notice that not a single Leica X or Leica C cameras are listed (with the exception of the Leica X-U Typ 113 waterproof and shockproof camera that is still a current product):


The Leica X, X-E and X Vario are all still listed on the company’s official website:


I am really curious to see what will be the future of the Leica X line. I have not heard any rumors about any new X models. Ther were already some hints that Leica may skip the X-Vario. The latest three X models have all been listed as discontinued:

Rumors: Leica X Typ 113 camera is now discontinued

Leica X-E Typ 102 camera listed as discontinued

Leica X Vario camera (black) listed as discontinued
