What’s next for Leica?

After the Leica Q2 Monochrom announcement, here is an updated list of rumored/expected Leica cameras and lenses (see the previous lists here):

Leica Q2 James Bond 007 limited edition camera (could be delayed).

New Leica M10-P “Reporter” limited-edition camera and Leica M10-P “Black Paint” cameras.

Leica SL2-S: a “small” version of the SL2 with a 24MP sensor.

Leica is planning to release/resurrect more vintage lenses:

More Leica lens rumors:

New Leica SL lenses.

Leica L3 watch with a mechanical alarm complication (the first set of Leica watches from 2018 is still missing, but they should be coming soon).

A new Leica M mount camera with EVF is rumored (24MP sensor, body similar to the M240). The camera will have a native M mount and will be offered as an alternative to the M10 (the pictures above are just a concept sent in by a reader). In a recent interview, Leica representative called such a camera “unlikely”.
