Voigtländer announced the development of a new Nokton Vintage Line 75mm f/1.5 Aspherical VM lens for Leica M-mount:

The Italian photojournalist Gabriele Micalizzi was severely injured when he was hit by shrapnel from RPG in Syria and the Leica he had up to his eye saved his life:
“I can tell you the story now, in a corridor of San Raffaele hospital, thanking those who did everything for me. The Kurdish military, the American doctors, the Italian embassy. My Leica camera, too. If I hadn’t been holding it in front of my face, I wouldn’t be here to talk about it: in the impact it damaged my eyes, but it served as a shield. I was wearing a helmet, a bullet-proof vest, the right gear.” (Corriere)

The upcoming Huawei P30 Pro smartphone with Leica quad camera leaked online – the back camera system appears to have three lenses and three sensors. The official announcement is on March 26th.
Update: the Huawei P30 Pro will come with a periscope-style zoom Leica camera and updated low-light performance.
