A quick update to my last post about the Leica M11 Monochrom camera marble sculptures in Leica World – this was all part of the Celebration of Photography event for the 45th Leica Oskar Barnack Award at the Wetzlar headquarters – the first event in October I have been reporting about:

Leica Welt (Leica World) is getting a new giant Leica M11 Monochrom camera marble sculpture, weighing approximately eight tons:
A limited edition of ten smaller marble Leica M11 Monochrom sculptures will also be released: each handcrafted from white Carrara marble and placed on a contrasting black Marquina marble stand (these limited sculptures are available exclusively through our sponsor Leica Store Lisse):
