Leica T type 701 mirrorless camera: there will be a suprise

We still do not know all the detials about the upcoming Leica T type 701 mirrorless camera and there should be at least one surprise that I have not reported on the blog yet (see this, this and this post for more info on the upcoming Leica T). Here are few additional details:

  • The camera’s strap is quite unique: it doesn’t use the typical M or R system strap D-rings but instead has rotating, pivoting design.
  • The bottom of the camera has a recessed, flat lever that turns for the battery compartment.
  • The Leica T has a very quiet shutter.
  • Leica T shipping should start at the end of May.
