
It seems that every week we get a new type of Sony a7 lens adapter. There is now even a new adapter from Techart (prototype I believe) that will let you autofocus Leica M lenses on Sony a7 cameras. See the demo in this video:

MGR Production launched a new Leica Minilux to Leica M mount lens conversion adapter. With this adapter you can use the 40mm f/2.4 Summarit lens from the Minilux on any Leica M camera. This will be an interesting project if you can find a cheap Minilux camera on eBay. Photos of the conversion adapter (without lens):

I received some information that Leica is preparing to release a new, updated Summicron-M 28mm f/2 ASPH lens. The new version will be wider, with a newly designed metal lens hood and will take E49 filters. A new Summicron-M 28mm f/2 ASPH lens was introduced back in 2012 as part of a Leica M9-P “Meister Camera” limited edition set:
