The Leica L1 and L2 watches are expected to be released by the end of the year

I have a small update on the shipment situation of the new Leica L1 and L2 watches. There has been a delay and the new expected release time frame is by the end of 2019 (the original release date was autumn 2018). Initially, the new Leica L1 and L2 watches will be sold only in 10 selected Leica stores worldwide. Stay tuned for additional updates.

Three new TTArtisans lenses for Leica M-mount coming: 21mm f/1.5, 35mm f/1.4 and 11mm f/2.8

A few weeks ago I reported that TTArtisans will be announcing two new rangefinder coupled lenses for Leica M-mount: 21mm f/1.5 and 35mm f/1.4. It seems that there will also be a third new lens: 11mm f/2.8 lens – I assume that lens is also for Leica M-mount because of the M in the name even though the mount doesn’t seem to be rangefinder coupled (see above picture).
